Key Responsibilities
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across food service functions.
• Perform process and system walkthroughs, data analysis and control testing.
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with clear observations, root-cause analysis, risk ratings, and actionable
recommendations.
• Follow up on remediation actions and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of internal audit or operational audit experience, preferably in the food service, hospitality, or retail
F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory controls, food safety standards, and cost
management.
• Knowledge of US regulatory requirements impacting food service is preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, etc).
• Professional certifications preferred (CIA, CISA, CPA, CFE, or food safety certifications).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
