Job Description

About IntouchCX:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate product/service information
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain detailed customer interaction records using CRM tools

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat-based customer support
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and rotational offs
Familiarity with CRM/chat tools is preferred
