Handle inbound voice calls for a banking customer service process
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience (any domain)
Good English communication skills
Open to working in a voice-based BPO/customer service process
Prior BPO experience is a plus
