Job Description

**Female candidates are preferred.

JD:

Candidate must have at least 2 Years & Maximum 5 Years of experience in sales (B2B Preferred).
Salary, Depends on Interview and skills. (Max. 30k)
Must be from Gurgaon or Nearby to Gurgaon only.
Must have some product sales knowledge.
Must have Good comms skills, & sales convincing skills.
Speaking English is mandatory
Must be available to join within 15 Days or Less, immediately.

No B.tech Candidates Required.

Who are we looking for?

This role would be part of the B2B sales function for our India / UAE Business Groups. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting & sales person must have calling skills(Cold Calling-Outbound Calls), handling customer over the phone calls. Must have telecalling skills.

What should you do?

New Customer Acquisition

Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels & Sales executives.
Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

Customer Relationship Management

Understand the customer requirement and get the orders and close the deal with full customer satisfaction.
product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback
Key Account Management
New account development

Operations and Reporting

Managing pre-sales to post-sales activities for the assigned
products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
