As a C2C Associate, you'll connect with car owners looking to sell, guide them through the CARS24 process, and ensure smooth, fast, and transparent transactions. You'll play a key role in driving vehicle sourcing and maintaining excellent seller experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential sellers via calls and digital channels.
Assist customers through car listing, inspection, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction completion.
Achieve lead conversion and sales targets.
Maintain accurate data and provide timely updates.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada language.
Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of cars or auto sales is a plus.
