Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, Linkedin, Shine, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds
Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate database regularly
Ensure timely closures and meet hiring deadlines
Work on multiple job roles including banking, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Support functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Handle walk-ins, bulk hiring, and niche roles when needed
Graduate in any stream.
1 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment (consultancy or in-house)
Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
