We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Financial Services , and diverse industry sectors . This role requires strong sourcing skills, candidate engagement, and a good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, Linkedin, Shine, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers Maintain and update candidate database regularly Ensure timely closures and meet hiring deadlines Work on multiple job roles including banking, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Support functions Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Handle walk-ins, bulk hiring, and niche roles when needed Requirements: Graduate in any stream. 1 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment (consultancy or in-house) Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
