Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent that aligns with our company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, references, and campus hiring.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding).

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.

Good understanding of HR processes and hiring best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate from BFSI Industry added advantage and also consultancy background.
