Job Description

Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Architect the data historian layer (e.g., OSIsoft PI) to capture real-time process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, RPM) for audit trails and analytics.
IoT & Connectivity): Define standards for PLC integration (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and ensure all new OEM equipment is "IoT Ready" (OPC-UA/MQTT compliant)
Ensure all shop-floor systems comply with 21 CFR Part 11 (Electronic Records & Signatures)
Develop "Digital Twin" dashboards for the Plant Head to visualize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in real-time.

Experience & Education

Experience:

Key Skills:
Proven experience in a USFDA/MHRA approved facility is mandatory.
Deep understanding of PLCs (Siemens S7, Rockwell Logix), SCADA & Industrial Protocols (OPC UA, Modbus)

Education:
B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, CS

Industry Benchmarks:
Must have led at least one end-to-end implementation of an MES (Werum, Rockwell, or similar) or a plant-wide Data Historian project.
