Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GSA (Guest Service Associate) located in Gurugram. The GSA will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean dining area, processing payments, and assisting with restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Basic Knowledge in Food Handling and Safety
Ability to Multitask and Work in a Fast-paced Environment
Experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
