Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies (payers) to follow up on pending claims.
Understand the denial reason and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Call insurance companies for claim status and update the system accordingly.
Work on denial management and take corrective actions.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of the actions taken.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per company guidelines.
Follow HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Any graduate (preferably in life sciences, commerce, or business administration).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
Basic understanding of the US healthcare process (a plus, not mandatory).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
