Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at CapitalAim Financial Advisory Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to establish and maintain direct contact with clients to accelerate business for the Organization. You will be a part of the Sales Department and report to the Assistant Relationship Manager. Your primary focus will be on contacting clients via telephone calls, understanding and evaluating customer needs, presenting products or services in a favorable and professional manner, negotiating deals, handling complaints or objections, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to achieve better results by enforcing Organization standards and providing quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Establish contact with clients through telephone calls. - Understand and evaluate customer needs. - Present products or services favorably and professionally. - Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections. - Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients. - Collaborate with the team to achieve better results. - Enforce Organization standards to provide quality service. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate. - Good communication skills. - Fast learner with a passion for sales. - Ability to interact with new people. - Self-motivated and ambitious. - Understanding of negotiation techniques. - Positive, confident, and determined approach.
