Dear Applicant's, Hiring For Financial Planning Analysis - SME Location: Hyderabad Timings: Night shift, US Shift, WFO Qualification: Any Graduate Notice Period : Immediate to 15Days Years of exp : 4y to 8yrs SME: 4yrs to 6yrs, Package : up to 9.5lpa Skills: 1. 4y-8years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis, Budgeting, Reporting, Financial Modelling, Forecasting. 2. 2+ years of demonstrated experience working within Anaplan. Responsibilities Assist with data preparation for expense reporting and analysis through the collection and consolidation of large data sets from various internal systems and sources (Oracle, Concur, etc.) Help prepare quarterly management presentations and analysis for finance leadership and firm department heads Assist with forecast updates to Anaplan (FP&A planning system), ensuring accuracy and completeness of data Conduct variance analysis by comparing actuals and current forecast to budget and prior periods, highlighting key drivers and trends Support the FP&A team with ad hoc analysis and other special projects as needed Participate in regular status calls with the FP&A team to update on status of deliverables and align on key priorities Document and maintain standard operating procedures and processes for the team Support our Anaplan lead in model development and UX page design Interested Candidates Contact HR Pallavi @ 9167757169 / pallavi@careerguideline.com
