Role & responsibilities

• Monthly CAD MIS Submission:

  Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of the Monthly CAD Management Information System (MIS) report, providing a comprehensive overview of project progress and financial status.

• Verification of CJPC:

  Reviewing and verifying the Contractors Joint Payment Certificate (CJPC) to ensure all submitted claims are accurate and in line with contractual terms.

• Interpretation of Contractual Terms & Conditions:

  Analyzing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions to ensure proper understanding and compliance by all project stakeholders, mitigating potential disputes or issues.

• Verification of Consumption vs Free Issue Material Statement:

  Reviewing and verifying the consumption of materials against the Free Issue Material Statement, ensuring that all materials are accounted for accurately and used in accordance with project specifications.

• Preparing Change Order Note & Extension of Time:

  Drafting and preparing Change Order Notes and Extension of Time requests, ensuring all variations are documented and properly approved to reflect any changes to the original scope of work or timeline.

• Verification of Bank Guarantee (BG) Submitted by Vendor:

  Reviewing and validating the Bank Guarantee (BG) submitted by vendors to ensure that it meets the requirements and is in line with the contractual agreements for performance and financial security.

• Payment Follow-Up with Finance & ABEX Team:

  Actively liaising with the Finance and ABEX teams to follow up on payments, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed and cleared in a timely manner.

• Rate Analysis & Support for Estimation Team:

  Conducting rate analysis of items submitted by contractors, collaborating with the estimation team to finalize rates, and providing technical support to ensure competitive and fair pricing for project materials and services
