Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate logistics for interview processes, including scheduling and venue setup.
Follow up with candidates after interviews to ensure they are satisfied with the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and ability to source top talent from diverse sources.
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
5 days working and 2 sat off

Salary - upto 4.5 lacs
