Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Transactions:

    Manage and authorize customer transactions including CASA, NEFT, RTGS, and cheque clearing.
  • Branch Operations:

    Oversee all branch operations ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to policies, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Compliance & Audit:

    Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and assist in audit processes.
  • Authorization & Verification:

    Authorize transactions as per limits, verify documents, and ensure proper checks in banking operations.
  • Customer Service:

    Deliver high-quality service to customers, address queries, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Team Management:

    Supervise, guide, and support branch staff for operational efficiency and skill enhancement.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, and escalate issues to higher management as required.
