• Identify and acquire new business opportunities allocated location, specifically for C2H, Staffing, Contract Hiring, Third Party Payroll, Payroll Management activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries ( FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Diary, Realestate, Construction, NBFC, Banking etc.).• Conduct regular client visits and present company services to ensure ongoing collaboration for their hiring projects.• Lead business development efforts specifically for large-scale recruitment projects.• Understand the clients hiring needs and provide tailored solutions for bulk hirings.• Collaborate with recruitment teams & client HR team• Stay updated on industry trends, labour market changes, and employment regulations in targeted markets.• Develop strategic plans for expanding the company's presence in assigned markets based on market insights.• Analyse competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.• Actively conduct field sales, meeting prospective clients and industry professionals at events, conferences, and on-site visits.• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business leads, and project progress.• Meet business development targets, including client acquisition and revenue goals.
