Key Responsibilities: Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers). Handle account opening, maintenance, and closure requests. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or voice support. Identify and report potential fraudulent activities. Perform reconciliations and update banking records. Maintain compliance with US banking regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, OFAC). Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
