UI/UX, Product Design, Interaction Design
, and related areas.
Embed live projects, case studies, industry mentorship, and labs into the learning journey.
Continuously update curriculum to reflect emerging trends and technologies in design.

Industry & Faculty Engagement

Onboard leading design professionals as faculty, adjuncts, and mentors.
Build partnerships with corporate, design studios, and creative agencies for projects, internships, and placements.
Strengthen Masters Unions network and brand in the design ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background:
Professional degree in
Design
(UI/UX, Product Design or related fields) from a reputed institution.
Experience:
Minimum
6 years of professional experience
, with proven leadership roles in
corporate or high growth startups
.
Strong exposure to
design strategy, product development, innovation, and team leadership
.
Prior exposure to academia, programme design, or mentorship is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
A passion for

in India.
