Achieving production target as per daily plan.
Maintaining customer quality with FTR on parts.

Generating improvement and KAIZENS in shop floor.
Drive operational excellence across sections and focus on resources multiskilling.
Should have thorough knowledge on all special processes like Anodizing(TSA. BSA. CAA, Hard anodizing, Sulphuric acid anodizing, alodine,
Experience on NADCAP as auditee.
Prior experience in working with Airbus & Boeing specifications.
Reasonable communication skill and inter department coordination.
Knowledge on Aerospace quality requirement.
Knowledge on special process jigging concept.
2. Familiere with the material involed in chemical process, Handling, MSDS .
3. Ability to implement Quality control & Quality assurance .
4. Trouble shooting and problem solving in Chemical process like Chemical milling, TSA, BSA, CAA, Hard anodizinfg, Passivation Pickling .
5. Process improvement and optimization.
6. Thorough on safety procedure .
