Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets for paint products in the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and increase market share. Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using building materials and paints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales in the building material industry (preferably paint). Strong knowledge of paint products, including features, benefits, and applications. Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
