Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Field Operation Manager at Zomato located in Odisha, India. The Hiring Field Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, managing field hiring processes, ensuring staffing needs are met, and coordinating with different departments to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations and field hiring processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
