Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding balances, denials, and patient inquiries.
Identify and address denial management issues by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
Process international voice process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments from physicians and hospitals.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
