Identify trends in content and recommend policy or training updates where needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content issues promptly. Apply relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards while moderating content. Support and guide new moderators to ensure consistent moderation quality. Coordinate daily tasks, update project plans, and ensure timely delivery of services. Share weekly status reports and review them with managers and stakeholders. Participate actively in team and client meetings.
