Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to make planning & strategies for new business development & implement with the help of Sales Team.
2. Responsible for Lead Generation
3. Responsible for End-to-End Business Development Process which includes Client Acquisition & Client Retention.
4. Responsible to work closely with RSM in developing the business in the Zones.
5. Visiting Key Clients to build relationship & identify key needs.
6. Conducting detailed market research to analyze current market trends & tracking the competitors activities to implement best marketing strategies.
7. Responsible for all end to end Branch Operation Activities.
