Position

Teaching Faculty – Bank / SSC / RRB Exams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle classroom & online coaching for Bank, SSC & RRB competitive exams
• Teach core subjects:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Reasoning Ability
• English Language
• General Awareness / Banking Awareness
• Explain concepts clearly with shortcuts & exam-oriented techniques
• Prepare & update study materials, notes, worksheets, and mock tests
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes
• Analyze student performance & provide guidance for improvement
• Stay updated with latest exam patterns, syllabus & trends
• Record video lectures (for online courses / YouTube / LMS, if required)

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any UG / PG degree (B.Sc / B.Com / B.A / B.E preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more areas (Quant / Reasoning / English / GA)
• Freshers with strong concepts or experienced faculty can apply
• Teaching experience in Bank / SSC / RRB coaching preferred

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
• Student-friendly & result-oriented teaching approach
• Comfortable with offline & online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS)

Work Schedule

• Full-time / Part-time / Hourly basis
• Weekday / Weekend classes
• Flexible shifts based on institute requirements
