Location: Pune
Salary: 3 LPA 6.5 LPA
Shifts: UK & US Rotational
Schedule: 5 Working Days | 2 Rotational Offs
Transport: Free Two-Way Cab Service
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 6 months to 5 year in International Voice Process
Freshers are also welcome!
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via voice
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain high service standards to boost customer satisfaction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in international voice support
