Role & responsibilities

  • 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organizations success..
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organizations objectives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
