Job Opportunity: ASM / RSM Channel Sales (Punjab & Upper North)

Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective
channel sales strategies
to achieve business objectives.
Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with
dealers, distributors, and channel partners
.
Drive
business growth and market penetration
in Punjab & Upper North region.
Lead, mentor, and manage a
sales team
to deliver consistent results.
Ensure proper market coverage, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
Monitor competitors activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum 712 years in Channel Sales, preferably in
Architectural Hardware, Plywood, or Adhesive
industry.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage and lead sales teams.
Network:
Strong connections with dealers & distributors in the region.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
