Role & responsibilities

Create project plan
Track project plan activitiesManage project related governance and hygiene itemsFacilitate effective communication channels among team members/stakeholders, provide regular project updatesEnsure continuous alignment with business stakeholders on project scope, priorities, and deliverables,especially during sprint reviews and backlog refinements.Coordinate with QA to ensure proper testing/QA methodologies are followedEnsure comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverablesTeam resourcing and assigning project tasks.Identify, log, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyConduct regular check-ins, sprint demos, and executive updatesOversee readiness of development, staging, and production environments for Commerce Cloud.Handle scope change requests via proper change control processes and communicate impact.Monitor effort burn, budget utilization, and align delivery pace with financial targets.Create and share Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), MOMs, dashboards, and track key milestones.Ensure project documentation is maintained (requirements, solution design, training materials)Maintain RAID log, conduct regular reviews, and escalate blockers to leadership when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 15 years of experience in Project management with experience in solutioning, scrum and agile methodologies
Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experienceExposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferredStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations
