Role Description – Hindi Telecaller Executive

full-time, on-site role based in Warangal

As a Hindi Telecaller Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain product details in Hindi, generate and follow up on leads, update customer data in Google Sheets, and achieve weekly and monthly sales/closure targets. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer interactions and supporting the sales team with daily updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Make a minimum of

  150 calls per day

  (combined inbound and outbound).
• Communicate clearly and confidently in

  Hindi

  to explain product details, pricing, and offers.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and close sales as per targets.
• Maintain and update accurate customer data and call records in Google Sheets.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for daily lead updates.
• Maintain professionalism and quality in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
• (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in

  Hindi

  .
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and confident personality.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet daily targets.
