Hindi Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to teach and inspire students. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Hindi language, literature, and grammar, along with a genuine interest in fostering language appreciation among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students of [mention grades: e.g., Classes VI–XII].
• Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum and academic standards.
• Foster a love for the language through creative teaching strategies like storytelling, role play, and group discussions.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for school and board examinations.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for interdisciplinary projects.
• Organize and participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as Kavi Sammelan, debates, and essay competitions.
• Maintain records of students’ progress and attendance.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and share performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or equivalent (B.A./M.A. in Hindi).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) mandatory for school teaching roles.
• Minimum [2–3] years of teaching experience preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi.
• Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
• Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms for effective teaching.
• Passionate, patient, and innovative in teaching methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching CBSE/ICSE/Matriculation curriculum.
• Proficiency in using smart boards and interactive teaching tools.
• Ability to prepare students for board exams and language competitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
