Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi subject to students from 8th to 10th Standard (ICSE / CBSE / State Board) as assigned.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with board syllabus and institute standards.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and ensure conceptual clarity for all students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback through weekly reports.
• Prepare question papers, notes, worksheets, and assignments as required.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Attend teacher meetings, training sessions, and orientation programs.
• Support the academic team in planning and execution of exams and test series.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Hindi, Literature, or related field.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred (not mandatory but an advantage).
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle classroom interactions confidently.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to manage time, maintain accuracy, and deliver high-quality content.
