Position Overview

The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires strong expertise in QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and a basic understanding of AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web applications.
Leverage AI knowledge to support modern QA practices and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices .
Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing .
Collaborate with development and business teams for defect triage and root cause analysis .
Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
Drive test automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks .
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and Agile methodologies .
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their relevance in QA.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Experience & Education:

Bachelors degree equivalent in Computer Science, equivalent preferred.
3-5 years of experience in QA and software testing.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is a plus.
