💼 What You’ll Do

• Call & convert leads

  (both outbound & inbound) into paid event attendees (Target: 60–70 attendees per event)
• Drive

  membership conversions

  (Target: 60 paid memberships/month)

• Sell ready-made travel and event experiences

  to new & existing members
• Conduct

  curation/screening calls

  to qualify members
• Manage

  WhatsApp engagement

  and handle follow-ups
• Educate leads about the

  benefits of joining the community

• Maintain accurate

  CRM and lead logs

• Hit and exceed monthly

  sales & revenue KPIs

• Build genuine connections - from first chat to long-term member

⚙️ You shoul have

• 2-5 years of B2C sales experience

  (preferably in events, travel, or community-based sales)
• Excellent

  spoken English

  and conversational ability
• Confidence in

  pitching, objection handling, and closing on calls

• Strong

  follow-up discipline

  and ownership mindset
• Ability to connect with

  introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts alike

• Experience using

  CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and lead trackers

• A

  growth-driven attitude

  and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

🕒 Work Details

• Timings:

  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

  6 days a week (

  Sunday off

  )

• Location:

  100% Remote

💰 Compensation

• Base Salary:

  30,000/month (Fixed)

• Incentives:

  50,000–1,00,000+ total potential per month
