Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Attend sales calls with leads generated from our performance marketing campaigns
• Understand client needs deeply and present our agency services clearly
• Build trust, handle objections, and close deals effectively
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximise conversions
• Maintain accurate call records and track leads in CRM
• Work closely with the founder and ads team to align service offerings
• Bring new ideas to improve the sales process and client onboarding
• Represent Wire Monster with professionalism and strong communication skills

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Confident on video sales calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Ability to close deals without pressure tactics
• Good understanding of digital marketing (basic knowledge is enough)
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely
• Must have a laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to take calls
