1. Use PPE (Personal protective Equipment) in the shop floor. Need to follow safety rules and regulation.
a) Sprayer
b) Robot
c) Thermoregulation
d) Vacuum
e) Jet cooling machine.
f) Dossing furnace.
3. Problem solving technics. In all peripherals.
6. Ensure casting Quality and Process specifications.
8. As per SOP procedure works need to follow.
9. Die setting work. Kaizen and suggestion.
