Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibility: 1. Use PPE (Personal protective Equipment) in the shop floor. Need to follow safety rules and regulation. 2. Operate all HPDC machines & peripherals i.e. a) Sprayer b) Robot c) Thermoregulation d) Vacuum e) Jet cooling machine. f) Dossing furnace. 3. Problem solving technics. In all peripherals. 4. Working area to be maintain 1S & 2S. 5. Tag & FIFO to be follow. 6. Ensure casting Quality and Process specifications. 7. Running parts 4M & PPS need to monitor. 8. As per SOP procedure works need to follow. 9. Die setting work. Kaizen and suggestion.
