Role Overview: As an HNI Manager at CanKids, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the engagement with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to drive fundraising efforts. This role requires strong networking abilities, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and strategic alignment with donors to enhance philanthropic contributions from HNIs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate a high-quality pipeline of HNI prospects leveraging personal networks, referrals, and strategic research. - Develop and sustain an active database of philanthropic HNIs, aligning their interests with CanKids' program areas and impact goals. - Schedule and conduct personalized in-person meetings with HNIs, create tailored donor journeys, and coordinate exclusive donor engagement events. - Convert potential leads into committed donors, focusing on recurring and major gifts, while ensuring prompt acknowledgements and communications. - Collaborate with program, finance, and communication teams to gather accurate data and impact narratives, maintaining up-to-date donor tracking and reporting using CRM tools. Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline, with a preference for Marketing, Business, or Social Work. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or business development. - Proven ability to engage, influence, and convert HNIs into donors, backed by a strong personal network in philanthropic or business circles. - Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling skills, willingness to travel extensively, and familiarity with CRM and donor management tools would be advantageous.
