Role Overview: As an HNI Manager at CanKids, you will lead and manage the engagement with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to drive fundraising efforts. Your role will require strong networking abilities, interpersonal communication skills, and strategic alignment with donors to scale philanthropic contributions from HNIs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and build a high-quality pipeline of HNI prospects through personal networks, referrals, and strategic research. - Expand and maintain an active database of philanthropic HNIs, aligning their interests with CanKids" program areas and impact goals. - Schedule and conduct personalized in-person meetings with HNIs, develop customized donor journeys, and organize exclusive donor engagement events. - Convert prospective leads into committed donors with a focus on recurring and major gifts, ensuring timely acknowledgements and communications. - Liaise with program, finance, and communication teams for accurate data and impact narratives, maintaining real-time donor tracking and reporting through CRM tools. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline, with preference for Marketing, Business, or Social Work. - Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or business development. - Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and convert HNIs into donors, with a strong personal network in philanthropic or business circles. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling skills, ability to travel extensively, and familiarity with CRM and donor management tools is a plus.,
