As a Help Desk / Network Engineer / IT Support Coordinator at Global IT Family, you will be responsible for providing IT support in terms of hardware, software, and networking. Your role will involve troubleshooting system and network issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will coordinate help desk requests to ensure timely resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networking. - Troubleshoot system and network issues. - Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure. - Coordinate help desk requests and ensure timely resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-Year Diploma in E&T, IT, Electronics, Computer, EC, or Electrical, or BCA. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Please note that this is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Dehradun, or Delhi, and the ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner or have a notice period of 15 days.
