Job Title: Help Desk (Windows Platform) Location: Kharadi, Pune – Onsite Only Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST Experience: 2+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Help Desk professional to support our Windows-based infrastructure. This is an onsite role in Kharadi, Pune aligned to US hours. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in providing technical support, setting up and maintaining Windows desktops/laptops, and resolving hardware/software issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows-based systems. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, update, and maintain software and OS patches. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Handle tickets, documentation, and timely issue resolution. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Windows desktop support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking. Experience in setting up new machines and managing IT inventory. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work night shift (US hours) from our Pune office.
