Help Desk Associate

As a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Associate at Lone Oak Solutions, your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining Zendesk automation scripts and self-help workflows. You will work closely with the US-based Help Desk team to identify common support requests and develop user-friendly self-service solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing Knowledge Base articles, monitoring the performance of self-help tools, and ensuring consistency across systems and processes in collaboration with the broader IT team. Key Responsibilities: - Create, test, and maintain Zendesk automation scripts and self-help workflows. - Collaborate with the Help Desk team to translate recurring support requests into user-friendly solutions. - Write Knowledge Base articles for troubleshooting and self-help purposes. - Monitor and update self-help tools to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Work with the IT team to maintain consistency in systems and user experiences. - Provide input for enhancing internal support strategies and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex solutions. - Basic knowledge of scripting or automation, experience with Zendesk is a plus. - Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in recurring issues. - Proficiency in remote team collaboration and effective communication across time zones. - Positive and resourceful attitude, willing to experiment and find solutions.
