Support Designer

As a member of Lone Oak Solutions LLP (LOS), you will be responsible for the development of both single-family and multi-family architectural plans for various cities. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all architectural plans comply with the codes and requirements set forth by permitting authorities in different locations. This includes revising plans as marked and coordinating all affected sheets with precision. Additionally, you will be expected to develop detailed drawings based on specific requirements and ensure that established deadlines are consistently met. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and have a solid understanding of residential plans and construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, as is a comprehensive knowledge of residential construction drawings. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, will be crucial to your success in this position.
