Heavy Earth Moving Machinery Maintenance Engineer

As a skilled and experienced Heavy Earth Movers Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy construction and mining equipment. You should possess strong technical knowledge of earthmoving machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks. Key Responsibilities: - Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on heavy equipment. - Conduct regular preventive and scheduled maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. - Maintain detailed service records and maintenance logs for all machinery. - Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. - Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for spare parts procurement and technical support. - Train and guide technicians or junior engineers in equipment servicing procedures. - Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize machinery servicing and repairs. - Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. - 3-8 years of hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, JCB, etc.). - Proficient in reading technical diagrams, hydraulic circuits, and equipment manuals. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus. - Ability to work in remote or field project sites under challenging conditions.,
