Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor located in Jaipur. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, supervise maintenance activities, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted efficiently. The role also involves coordinating with clients to provide exceptional customer service and managing a team of HVAC technicians.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
• Proficiency in HVAC systems management and operation
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience in conducting preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the HVAC industry is beneficial
