You will be taking on a full-time on-site role as a Heat Treat Manager at the Noida sec 80 Phase 2 Plant. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all heat treatment processes, ensuring quality control, managing a team of technicians, and optimizing heat treatment procedures to meet production goals. To excel in this role, you should have experience in heat treatment processes, particularly Salt bath heat treatment and Ally Steel hardness. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of metallurgy and heat treatment equipment. Your problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be essential in this position, along with strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with the team and other departments. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure will help you maintain high-quality standards. Any certification in Heat Treatment or a related field would be considered a plus for this role.,
