Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality healthcare support, training, and assistance in medical procedures, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and ethical standards. Daily tasks include engaging in emergency medical operations, delivering healthcare solutions, effective communication with patients and team members, and participating in training programs for skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge and skills in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) support, critical care, and general medicine procedures.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Experience in conducting or participating in healthcare training and development programs.
• Background in the healthcare sector, with relevant certifications or a degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting; adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments.
