Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Kanpur Nagar. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support, offering medical assistance, delivering training sessions, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. Collaborating with team members to manage and improve patient care will also be an integral part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) skills and medical knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and effective coordination with healthcare teams Experience with healthcare training and the ability to guide and educate staff on protocols and practices Understanding and application of core healthcare principles and practices for high-quality patient care Relevant certification, degree, or licensing in healthcare, medicine, or a related field Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
