Role Overview: You will be joining an innovation-driven Health & MedTech organization in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (CSN) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Your role will involve analyzing healthcare processes, collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing business analysis inputs for AI-driven solutions, supporting requirement gathering, and staying updated on Health Tech & MedTech trends. Additionally, you will contribute to clinical trials, product adoption, and knowledge transfer through training. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze healthcare processes, workflows, and hospital systems. - Collaborate with doctors, clinicians, hospital administrators, and tech professionals. - Provide business analysis inputs for AI, ML, IoT-driven digital health solutions and MedTech devices. - Support requirement gathering, prototyping, validation, and testing. - Document use cases, process flows, and system specifications. - Stay updated on emerging Health Tech & MedTech trends. - Contribute to clinical trials, pilots, and product adoption. - Enable knowledge transfer through training and workshops. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of professional experience in healthcare, MedTech, hospital systems, or healthcare IT. - Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Hospital Administration. - Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, hospital operations, and regulatory aspects. - Solid business analysis and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Marathi. - Eagerness to work with AI, ML, IoT, and digital healthcare solutions.
